When you send a request

We collect the name, preferred contact details, ZIP, service choice, project description, and optional notes you submit. Solutions Managed LLC uses them to review your request and contact you about the work. Requests are stored in a private database; they are not shown publicly or sold as a contact list.

A brief notification may go to Brian’s private Telegram chat with the service, ZIP, and request reference. Your name, contact details, and description are not included in that alert.

Future service updates are your choice

The request form includes a separate, optional checkbox for occasional service updates by email. It starts unchecked. Leaving it unchecked does not affect your request. Request follow-up consent does not sign you up for marketing. No automated marketing campaign is enabled.

Anonymous page counts

We count page loads by page category and day to understand interest. These are page views, not identified people or unique visitors. We do not attach a visitor ID, IP address, precise location, referrer, or URL query to those counts. Occasional count summaries may go to Brian’s private Telegram chat. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals stop this page-count request.

The hosting provider and Telegram operate their own services. Our form uses a short-lived security cookie and temporary hashed abuse counters to help prevent spam. These security controls are separate from page counts.

QR codes stay in your browser

The QR studio generates codes locally. Website URLs, contact-card information, and Wi-Fi details entered there are not submitted to Solutions Managed or an external QR service. Anyone who scans a Wi-Fi code can read the details encoded in it.

Questions or changes

Email brian@solutionsmanagedllc.com to ask about your request, correct details, request deletion, or withdraw future-update consent. Include your request reference if you have it. Please leave out door codes, payment details, and other sensitive information.
